Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of eVERTSON Szervershop (the "Service"). By registering, accessing the Service, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Scope of the Service
The Service is a digital server shop. Depending on the product, the Service may provide server perks, VIP access, sanction removal products, profile-related digital features, store credit, case credit, or eToken-based item redemption. Product availability, categories, and delivery methods may change at any time.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
- You must use your own account and provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for all actions performed through your Steam account and your shop account.
- You may not use multiple shop accounts to abuse promotions, limits, sanctions, or purchase flows.
3. Steam and Profile Requirements
- You must maintain a valid Steam account in good standing.
- If a product requires trading, you must save your own correct Steam trade link before redeeming.
- For eToken item redemption, your Steam profile must be public and able to participate in trades.
- If your trade link is missing, incorrect, expired, or belongs to another person, delivery may fail and the Service is not responsible for losses caused by that error.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Product listings are invitations to purchase, not guaranteed offers. An order is considered accepted only after the Service creates the order record and the required payment or redemption step is successfully completed. The Service may refuse, limit, delay, or cancel any order if fraud checks fail, data is invalid, technical problems occur, or the product is no longer available.
5. Product Rules
- Server perk products are delivered digitally and may depend on external game databases, server state, or third-party integrations.
- Sanction removal products only work when the related mute, gag, silence, or ban is currently active.
- Unban products may be limited in quantity per user.
- VIP tag, signature, and similar custom products may be subject to formatting, moderation, profanity, reserved keyword, and emoji restrictions.
- eToken item redemption and server perk purchases may not be available together in the same checkout flow.
6. Prices, Currency, and Payment Methods
Displayed prices may be shown in different currencies for convenience. Checkout and settlement may still be processed in a different operational currency, including HUF, card provider currency, bank transfer currency, or crypto-equivalent value. The Service may offer card payments, bank transfer, crypto payment, or eToken redemption depending on the order. Exchange rates, provider fees, network fees, and payment provider rules may affect the final amount.
7. eToken Redemption Terms
- eToken balances, credits, and redemption rights are digital service balances and are not cash.
- The Service may deny redemption if fraud, abuse, technical inconsistency, or account mismatch is detected.
- Redemption limits, visibility rules, or separation from other product categories may be enforced automatically.
8. Delivery and Fulfillment
- Digital delivery times are estimates only.
- Some products may require manual review or delayed processing.
- Checkout may be blocked while you are connected to the game server.
- Sanction removals may only take effect after a map change, reconnect, sync cycle, or other server-side refresh.
- The Service is not liable for delays caused by Steam, payment providers, game servers, maintenance, outages, cooldowns, or external APIs.
9. Finality, Refunds, and Chargebacks
Digital fulfillment is generally final after delivery, granting, redemption, or successful server-side application. Refunds are discretionary unless required by applicable law. No refund is owed where the product has already been delivered, granted, configured, redeemed, or consumed.
- Incorrect trade links, private profiles, unavailable trading, or user-side Steam restrictions do not create an automatic refund right.
- Chargebacks, unauthorized disputes, or payment abuse may result in permanent checkout restrictions or account suspension.
- The Service may retain logs and fulfillment records to contest disputes.
10. Abuse and Prohibited Conduct
- No fraud, abuse, bug exploitation, or evasion of sanctions or limits.
- No false claims about missing delivery where logs or provider records show successful fulfillment.
- No use of another person's Steam account, trade link, payment method, or referral data without authorization.
- No offensive, infringing, impersonating, or staff-like custom text in configurable products.
11. Suspension and Order Blocking
The Service may temporarily or permanently restrict access to checkout, redemption, custom product configuration, support systems, or the entire account if abuse, fraud risk, chargebacks, repeated delivery problems, or policy violations are detected.
12. Service Availability and External Dependencies
The Service depends on Steam, game servers, payment processors, mail systems, wallet providers, and external infrastructure. Features may be unavailable, delayed, or degraded without notice. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss caused by incorrect user data, failed trade eligibility, Steam restrictions, server outages, third-party provider failures, or fulfillment delays outside reasonable control.
14. Data, Logs, and Support
The Service may store account data, order data, trade-link-related data, payment metadata, support communication, and technical logs for fraud prevention, support, accounting, and legal compliance. Support decisions may rely on those records.
15. Changes to the Terms
The Service may update these Terms at any time. The updated version becomes effective when published. Continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
